"Zetar" is an evil and somewhat traitorous Autobot from the Shattered Glass continuity family.

He's the cheerful one on the far right. He'll no doubt be much less cheerful once Optimus Prime finds out...

"Zetar" is an evil Autobot. He is also a known traitor.

Fun Publications Shattered Glass continuity

Zetar, along with Skyfall, met up with the "surprisingly handsome" Decepticon known as Counterpunch. Unfortunately for them, their meeting was recorded by a Mini Spy, who proceeded to give the recording to Punch. The meeting was later broadcasted on ABN. Around Cybertron #4

They probably didn't live long after that.
