Rubén Antonio Pérez Jara (mostly credited as Rubén Pérez) (born 1963) is a Chilean-born Venezuelan voice actor. He is mostly known for doing the inserts for various series, like Animaniacs, Tiny Toon Adventures, Freakazoid, and Space Ghost Coast-to-Coast.
