After the scrapyard was trashed by the Decepticons, Sideswipe managed to salvage an ancient television set from its ruins so that Russell could watch the show. They successfully tuned in to a commercial featuring Mr. Gastlee, during which the host promised hair raising, spine-tingling horrors during that night's showing. Unfortunately shortly afterwards Sideswipe stepped on the TV, crushing it.

Sideswipe later performed a presumably non-sanctioned impression of Vlad Gastlee so the Autobots could put on their own horror show for Russell. Collateral Damage

Notes

• Apart from his traditional vampiric faux-Transylvanian accent, Vlad bears a striking resemblance to Chicago-area (and now national) horror host Svengoolie, including his top hat, goatee, and elaborately decorated coffin.
