Bill at BotCon 2006

William "Bill" Rawley is one of Hasbro's Associate Product Designers on theTransformers brand. He mainly handles "non-mainline" design work, which evidently includes Robot Heroes, Unleashed figures, Robot Replicas, Cyber Slammers, Real Gear Robots and possibly more. Recently, he acted as lead designer on the new-mold Classics segment of the forthcoming Transformers Universe toyline.

He is capable of lifting Eric Siebenaler onto his shoulders.
