William "Bill" Rawley is one of Hasbro's Associate Product Designers on the Transformers brand. He mainly handles "non-mainline" design work, which evidently includes Robot Heroes, Unleashed figures, Robot Replicas, Cyber Slammers, Real Gear Robots and possibly more. Recently, he acted as lead designer on the new-mold Classics segment of the forthcoming Transformers Universe toyline.
He is capable of lifting Eric Siebenaler and Vickie Stratford onto his shoulders, although not at the same time (so far as it is known).
