Marv Wolfman (born May 13, 1946) is a mildly legendary comic book writer, known for his work on Tomb of Dracula, Blade, The New Teen Titans, and Crisis on Infinite Earths, among many others, while serving as the co-creator on a number of classic characters such as Deathstroke, Cyborg, Raven, Starfire, Brother Blood, Bullseye, Blade (who else?), Black Cat, Anti-Monitor, Tim Drake, Adrian Chase, and the Nova corps.

Outside of writing for comics and cartoons, Wolfman appeared as fictionalized versions of himself in Legends of Tomorrow and Teen Titans Go.

  • Wolfman was interviewed as a special feature for Kid Rhino's Beast Machines The Complete Series DVD set. He also provided an episode commentary track on that set for "Fires of the Past".
  • The character Jessica Morgan is named after his daughter.[1]
  • Wolfman is the first writer to work on the Generation One cartoon to work on another Transformers show afterwards.
