Jerry is a veteran who hangs out in bars, uses guns, and makes sure everyone knows about any robot space jets he sees.

Jerry was talking to Danny about the boxy jet he saw come down from space, only for the the bartender to dismiss his ramblings.Transformers #1 Jerry was part of the militia gathered by Danny to investigate the explosions and robots in their town, now with an a string of I-told-you-so's emanating from him. When said robots arrived, he participated in the following skirmish, evading Skywarp's kicks and later firing on the Decepticon, Optimus Prime, and, unintentionally, Spike Witwicky. Transformers #3
