• Dr. Lucifer was a Cobra-aligned scientist seen in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero episode "Cobra's Creatures". The version seen in Ask Vector Prime hails from the Cobra-controlled Earth seen in the two-part episode, "Worlds Without End".
