Oil Slick is a Decepticon. His head is in a jar. He most probably turned evil because everyone was making fun of his big nose.

Oil Slick transforms into a motorcycle. A motorcycle with a frigging goat skull. Metal. He also has "the nose" to [Starscream[Starscream_(Animated)]]'s "chin".

He also has Lockdown's face painted onto his chest, for reasons not yet revealed.
