Oil Slick is a Decepticon. His head is in a jar. He most probably turned evil because everyone was making fun of his big nose.

At BotCon 2008, it was revealed that Oil Slick is currently not intended to appear on the series, but may be worked in at a later time.

He also has Lockdown's face painted onto his chest, for reasons not yet revealed.
