Bernard Fortin

Bernard Fortin (born January 17, 1957) is a Canadian actor and voice director. He graduated from the Montreal Conservatory of Dramatic Art in 1981.

Very active in dubbing, he is the regular Canadian French voice of Tom Hanks, Woody Harrelson and Robert Patrick. He is also present in animation dubbing, being the voice of Ned Flanders, Reverend Lovejoy and Chief Wiggum in The Simpsons and Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a role he kept since the 1990 TMNT film.
