Jason Lee Scott was one of the many beings who'd been pulled into the Apex by the machinations of the evil Lord MindWaveZ. After arriving, he teamed up with the similarly displaced Optimus Prime and Scarlett, and together the three leaders hatched a plan to reverse the damage their common enemy had wrought on the multiverse. Together, they helped coordinate the efforts of the many heroes involved in the battle; Jason joined in the final assault on Lord MindWaveZ's Multidimensional Collider.
