Episode synopsis

Alexis is driven into Cyber City on Earth, where she encounters Sally. She mentions a meeting, much to the girl's disappointment. Meanwhile, Kicker is checking out his new armour in his room, when an alarm sounds. He panicks, and trips over a conveniently placed block, then realises, much to his frustration, that the alarm is sounding for the meeting. At the meeting, a screen shows a motionless Tidal Wave, repeating his name and being covered in Terrorcon jaguars. At this point, the Autobots (and Demolishor) discover that the Terrorcons ate energon, and Alexis explains that the Terrorcons are...Terrorcons. Optimus deduces that the Terrorcons' next target would be the energon mines on Earth, which Alexis agrees with. However, to fight the Terrorcons would go against the Earth Federation treaty, so Alexis concludes that the only option would be to evacuate the population of Cyber City. Kicker starts shouting and arguing, so Optimus allows him to stay on Earth with the Transformers. Kicker, who had gone deaf for a while, as he missed the entire conversation between, demands that nobody take him away from Earth. He falls silent once Optimus tells him to follow orders, complete with the complementary 'uhhh'. Strongarm asks if the Omnicons would be evacuated too, but before he can get an answer, Skyblast verbally drags him away to finish their work refining energon. Kicker watches Sally leave, and his comment on how strange it would be without them is interrupted by Ironhide, informing him that the Autobot was now Kicker's guardian. Neither Kicker nor Ironhide are particulary happy about this latest revelation. Optimus Prime sends a radio transmission informing the other troops that they were moving to Defcon level 4, and that they knew very little about their enemy, except for their desire for energon, and that all the humans had been evacuated.
