Introduction (from my oc)

Hello there, I am Tipper the time stopper! My creation was inspired by a certain Hot Rod.

Tipper's strengths

Tipper can run really fast (Nearly as fast as Blur!)

Tipper can use time bubbles to slow down enemies.

Tipper's weaknesses

Tipper is old and can get easily fatigued if he runs for more than 2 minutes.
