Thunder Machine are Cobra-affiliated vehicle from the G.I. Joe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Thunder Machine is a heavy Cobra front attack vehicle primarily associated with Dreadnoks.

Energon Universe

Buzzer and Ripper used the Thunder Machine to drag an arms dealer to his death. Later, the Cobra Commander destroyed the vehicle with a custom grenade while in the middle of a firefight with the aforementioned two.
