Should we really say he's a "fairly high-ranking officer?" Sure he's got a tech spec rank of "8" but his function is only "Supplies and Transport" and the bio say nothing about him being a command figure. I'm just curious, is the rank score alone enough to make that call in most folks books? -ZacWilliam, not logged in.
