Should we really say he's a "fairly high-ranking officer?" Sure he's got a tech spec rank of "8" but his function is only "Supplies and Transport" and the bio say nothing about him being a command figure. I'm just curious, is the rank score alone enough to make that call in most folks books? -ZacWilliam, not logged in.

It's just a joke on the fact that middle-managers are often employees with no real skills. And because all 1993 Euro tech specs had high stats, regardless of function. --FFN 15:31, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
