Tomokazu Sugita (杉田 智和 Sugita Tomokazu, born October 11, 1980) is a Japanese voice actor. He is arguably best known for the roles of Hideki Motosuwa in Chobits, OVER in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Ragna the Bloodedge in the Blazblue series, Kyon in the Haruhi Suzumiya series, Gintoki Sakata in Gintama, Reisi Munakata in K, Rin Tsuchimi in Shuffle!, the younger Joseph Joestar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Chrom in Fire Emblem Awakening, Kazuhira Miller in the Metal Gear Solid series & among many other prolific roles.

No, he is not Tomokazu Seki.
