G.I. Joe is an ongoing comic series from Skybound Entertainment scheduled to debut in November 2024. The third ongoing title of the Energon Universe, the series continues the G.I. Joe and Cobra storylines started by the Duke, Cobra Commander, Scarlett and Destro miniseries.

Duke leads a special military force to combat the energon-fueled world domination efforts of Cobra Commander.
Creative team
G.I. Joe brings back the Duke creative team of writer Joshua Williamson, artist Tom Reilly and colorist Jordie Bellaire.
Notes
- As part of the pre-release marketing for the series, Skybound ran a "Choose Your Side" promotion from July 3 to September 8, 2024. A web form was created for members of the Skybound Insiders program to submit a photo of themselves and choose between G.I. Joe or Cobra as their favored faction, with the members' photos slated to appear in issues of the comic as part of a special advertisement campaign.[1]
