The Transformer graveyard is an Earth location from the Prime cartoon portion of the Aligned continuity family.
This is what happens to people who do lean (Seriously, don't do it!)

The Transformer graveyard is the site of a mass burial of Cybertronians warriors, at the location of the largest Cybertronian battlefield in the Milky Way galaxy.

Fiction

Prime cartoon

As the Great War began to spill off Cybertron, both Autobots and Decepticons began hiding their caches of energon crystals on other planets. The crystals hidden on Earth resulted in a canyon on the planet being the largest battlefield in the Milky Way. At the battle's end, the survivors buried the fallen with knowledge of the carnage not being commonly known.

In 2010, Megatron found a new source of Dark Energon and sought to raise an army with it. After seeing Dark Energon animate a manipulator arm,Optimus Prime deduced that Megatron would travel to the graveyard to raise its dead. Taking Ratchet with him to scout the area, the two Autobots arrived moments before Megatron. After some bantering, Megatron threw a shard of Dark Energon into the ground, raising the fallen Cybertronians as a Terrorcon army under the Decepticon leader's command. Darkness Rising, Part 3

After Ratchet discovered that dismemberment was an effective means of attack, the two Autobots managed to destroy the Terrorcons to Megatron's amusement. Congratulating his foes, Megatron sarcastically noted that they should save their strength for "the main event" before flying off. After discovering that the Decepticons had an active space bridge, the Autobots realized that the graveyard had been Megatron testing his control over the Terrorcons. Darkness Rising, Part 4

When a cortical psychic patch allowed Megatron to possess Bumblebee's body, the Decepticon leader returned to the graveyard to collect the discarded Dark Energon shard, using it to restore his body. Out of His Head

Notes

  • The actual location of the graveyard, let alone what country or even continent it's on, is never revealed. Optimus Prime and Ratchet bridge there directly, while Megatron flies there in his own very fast jet mode, during which Starscream and Soundwave have enough time to spy on Agent Fowler, capture him, and begin his "interrogation."
  • Given Ratchet refers to these deceased soldiers, as "ancestors" of both theirs' (he and Optimus) and of Megatron's, it's implied these warriors perished in a battle predating the Great War.
