Squeezelings are a line of small figures made of soft plastic, made by the brand Forever Clever. Multiple styles of Transformers toys were made for the line, including super deformed figures and ones in a more proportionate style.

They were released in blind bag form and in boxed sets. (note: nonchibi seem to have also been released in normal clear plastic?? and NOT blindbags from what im seeing even though the chibi ones were. hm)
