A Luxury Cruises ship sailed nearby to the Socialist Democratic Federated Republic of Carbombya, with the ship's captain commentating on the nation and its ruler, Abdul Fakkadi. The passengers began to get worried at the thought of sailing so close to a war-torn country, and indeed, as the captain tried to reassure them that it was safe as they were outside the three mile limit and therefore covered by international law, the ship was fired on by Trypticon.
