If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

OLDCODEX (オルドコデックス) is a Japanese musical group consisting of Ta_2 (voice actor Tatsuhisa Suzuki) on vocals and music, and artist YORKE as the lyricist and visual artist. Originally formed in 2009 as a quartet with Ta_2, YoHsKE, sae and R·O·N, Suzuki is the only remaining founding member. OLDCODEX have thus far released three albums, "hidemind", "CONTRAST SILVER", and "A Silent, within The Roar". They've also performed themes for a number of anime series including Kuroko's Basketball, Free!, Arata: The Legend, and the Q-Transformers theme "Physical".
