Snapbeak is a strict, by-the-book Dinobot who turns into an oviraptor. She lives on Dinobot Island and oversees the routine patrols.

Snapbeak sent out a group of Autobots to patrol Dinobot Island, while she rounded up the other Dinobots to keep them out of harm's way. Danger at Dinobot Island
