Finally got back to this, Team Athenia and Team Chaar (minus the new members from the 2011 comic) were printed in issue 24, Wheeljack and Laserbeak in issue 25, Highbrow and Reflector in 26, Tracks and Ratbat in 27, Glyph and Dirt Boss in 28, Seaspray and Warpath in 29, and Cliffjumper and Cosmos in 30.
