Hooks is a human from the Rescue Bots Academy portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Hooks takes his Rescue Teens codename from the grappling hook he uses during the group's rescue operations.

The Rescue Teens arrived at the site of a construction collapse, and began mounting a rescue despite the foreman wanting to wait for professionals. Hooks used his grappling hook to start lifting the collapsed scaffolding off the trapped workers, and with the help of Rotorz as well as Digz digging, the workers were freed. The rescue was covered on the news, with the newsreader crediting the group with the last two years of rescues in Milford.

The group next spotted a campsite fire from their treehouse HQ and headed to help. The Rescue Teens went on to carry out more rescues which earned them more news coverage. They were heading back to base when they heard something from a logging yard where they discovered an opossum trapped in a digger, however when they sent Doc in to grab it, it resulted in the digger going out of control. The teens sought refuge atop a cargo container which began sliding towards a cliff. Fortunately they were rescued by the Rescue Bot recruits, who had been secretly helping them out with their rescues.

The five teens were taken back to the Rescue Bot academy, where Cody and Wes invited them to begin training as First Responders. Rescue TEENS
