Armando Volcanes
Armando Volcanes (sometimes credited as Edgar Armando Volcanes) (born June 3, 1947) is a Venezuelan voice, theater, and radio actor. Some examples of his roles include The Frying Dutchman from Spongebob SquarePants, Zorak from Space Ghost: Coast to Coast, Grandpa Lemon from The High-Fructose Adventures of Annoying Orange, Mr. Jimmy from Pelswick, Dr. Samuel Loomis from the Venezuelan re-dub of Halloween 2, Heihachi Mishima in both the Tekken movie and Tekken 2: Kazuya's Revenge, Mumm-Ra in the 2011 ThunderCats reboot, Ryu Granger in Beyblade, Sarge in the 1995 Littlest Pet Shop animated series, and Wildcat in both Justice League Unlimited and Batman: The Brave and the Bold.
