Ratchet, along with humans Verity Carlo and Jimmy Pink, landed in Wicksburg in an escape pod after Sixshot shot down the Ark-19. When the group was again attacked by Sixshot, the Decepticon was engaged by the United States Air Force, allowing Ratchet, Verity and Jimmy to cross the state border into Florida. Devastation issue 3
