Ocean City
One of several Cybertron cities on Earth, Ocean City (オーシャンシティ Ōshan Shiti) is an enormous structure designed as an energon drilling platform. Ocean City serves as the command center for Autobot operations on the planet.
Located in the middle of the ocean, the city has the unusual ability to submerge itself below the water's surface. When surfaced, a series of bridges connect it to a nearby landmass, possibly an island or the edge of a continent. It has a space bridge built into it and also has housing quarters for human and Cybertronian alike.

[edit]Ocean City served as the primary base of operations for Optimus Prime's team on Earth during the early stages of the conflict over Energon, and was the home to Kicker Jones as well as his mother and younger sister. Following the initial wave of Terrorcon attacks, the city was evacuated of human personnel and residents, leaving only the local population of Transformers, Optimus' team, and Kicker to mine Energon and protect it.
Ocean City became the site for the first Energon Tower deployed on Earth. Once the towers were put in place, the Autobots—and consequently, the plot—moved elsewhere.
