Nobuyuki Okude (奥出 信行 Okude Nobuyuki, born March 5, 1944) is a former Executive Vice President of Takara. During his over 40 years working for the company, he created Diaclone, as well as the concept of robots transforming into realistic cars.

He was briefly promoted to President of Takara overall after the retirement of Sato Keita in 2005 before transferring to oversee various subsidiaries of former rival toy company Tomy after the merger of Takara and Tomy into TakaraTomy in 2006.

As of 2010 he is employed as the head of the IP management department at Japanese media conglomerate Kadokawa.
