Nemesis Prime (ネメシスプライム Nemeshisu Puraimu) is a dark copy of Optimus Prime created on Elementros.

Like his progenitor, Nemesis is an Energy Master, able to undergo wildocking to unite with various numbers of Energy Beasts and tap into their inner Element Energy, using it in conjunction with a device resembling Prime's Matrix.
