Can Isami and the Samurai Team stop the Predacons from using the Legendiscs to change history?
Synopsis
[edit]Isami is startled as a large metal structure rises out of the ground and opens, though Kenzan explains that they've only modified the house a small amount. As they board the elevator, a small metal butterfly lands on Isami's back unnoticed. The lift takes them down a whole Autobot base, where the rest of the Swordbot Samurai Team are waiting with Tobio Fūma and the Shinobi Team videoconferenced in. Kenzan introduces Optimus Prime, also communicating from a remote location, and the Autobot leader fills them in on the situation with the Legendiscs. As two of the discs are in the past, Isami and Tobio are required to facilitate time slips with their own discs, so the last two Legendiscs can be retrieved. None of them are aware that Budora is spying on them, thanks to the tiny metal butterfly, and now knows all they know, including that the Predacons will be able to use Dragotron's Legendisc to time slip too.
Isami struggles with the responsibility that he's been handed, recalling having to face the Predacons, but he's interrupted by the arrival of Jinbu. Jinbu takes him to the Tokyo Skytree, which is disappearing from the top down even as they watch. A huge shadow of the Predacon insignia appears on the land, and the Autobots realize that the Predacons have somehow changed the past. Jinbu has detected a location where they may be able to timeslip, so the team hauls up outside Akihabara Station and, sure enough, there's soon a flash of light.
They've barely arrived in the past when they're confronted by the sight of Musashi Miyamoto, who demands his mirror back. The Autobots are able to convince him that they're not behind the theft, and Isami quickly establishes that Musashi's stolen mirror is indeed the Legendisc they're searching for. Musashi has resolved to get the disc back, and though Isami thinks there's no way a human can beat a Predacon, the swordsman is confident and imparts some words of wisdom before running off. The Autobots decide to help him any way they can.
Meanwhile, Budora and Bakudora are hanging out near a town, waiting to be transported back to the future by the Legendisc. Musashi confronts them, closely followed by Isami and the Samurai team. Musashi tries to strike the Predacons but is batted aside, and Budora summons some Jaki minions from the ground. The Jaki combine into Goradora and knock the Autobot team around until Isami's burning spirit activates the Legendisc, allowing the Samurai team to merge into GoJinbu. After GoJinbu takes a couple of hits, he unleashes a lightning attack that destroys Goradora. While Bakudora flees, Musashi scales Budora and stabs the Predacon in the eye, making him drop the Legendisc. Though momentarily afraid, Isami remembers Musashi's earlier inspiring words and runs over to grab the Legendisc. He manages to pick it up, but is knocked flying by Budora. The enraged Jinbu strikes Budora and there's a flash of light.
The Autobots and Isami find themselves back in the present—sadly without the Legendisc, but at least time has been restored. Though Isami is disappointed at their failure to secure the disc, Kenzan tells him that at least he learned a valuable lesson from Musashi.

- —Transformers Go! Valuable Lesson no.1 by Musashi himself.
"Tell me when are we going back to the present time?"
"Don't worry, as long this disc is in my hand, we will be pulled back by another disc."
"I hope so..."
"If not, I won't mind taking over the world with this thing."
"Don't tell me you're going to turn against Master Dragotron???"
"I'm just joking."
- —Budora and Bakurdora, with the former nearly pulled a Starscream.
"That's the tiny fleshling who was with Kenzan and the others! ...so that means..."
- —No d'oh, Budora.
Notes
[edit]- Optimus Prime is named Optimus Prime (instead of his regular Japanese name; Convoy). And the Autobots are called Autobots (instead of Cybertrons)
