Shockwave is a Transformer from the Transtech continuity.

Shockwave is a morally ambigious being who works in the Menacing and Foreboding Sciences Division of the Axiom Nexus military. He's backed up by an army of completely silent soldiers backing him up. He's a very serious-minded figure who dissects people for the greater good.

He never wants to speak of meeting the Transformers Animated cast ever again.

• Shockwave's design was originally created when Transtech was a planned sequel to Beast Machines, and is often assumed to have been a returning G1 Shockwave. His Timelines self is a different person.
