Shockwave is a Transformer from the Transtech continuity.

Shockwave is a morally ambiguous being who works in the Menacing and Foreboding Sciences Division of the Axiom Nexus military. He's backed up by an army of completely silent soldiers. He's a very serious-minded figure who dissects people for the greater good.

He never wants to speak of meeting the Transformers Animated cast ever again.

• Shockwave's design was originally created when Transtech was a planned sequel to Beast Machines, and is often assumed to have been a returning G1 Shockwave. His Timelines self is a different person.
