Jocelyne Loewen (born November 1, 1976) is a Canadian voice actress. Some of her well known roles include Milfeulle Sakuraba in Galaxy Angel, Merle in Vision of Escaflowne, Quess Paraya in Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack, Kozue Izumi in Infinite Ryvius, Yai Ayano in MegaMan NT Warrior, Chelsea (Chiharu Mihara) in Cardcaptors, Gretel in Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage, Komugi Nakahara in SoulTaker and Nurse Witch Komugi, Penelope on Hamtaro, Kagura in Gintama & Penny Ling in Littlest Pet Shop.
