Prima? What? It's a manly name.

Among the Thirteen earliest Transformers, one must be first: Prima (aka Prima Prime), who was created the most strongly in Primus' image. Perfect and gallant, Prima was appointed the Warrior of Light and given the legendary Star Saber sword with the Matrix of Leadership in its hilt. Considered fatherlike amongst his bretheren, he was chosen to lead the Thirteen against their eternal enemy Unicron and was the chief steward of Primus' planetary form, Cybertron.

It is uncertain what relationship Prima has, if any, to Primon, another early Matrix bearer.
