He's a traitorous swine... no, that's not true... he is a pretty nice guy, actually.

José Sant'anna (November 26, 1941 - March 7, 2025) was a Brazilian voice actor. He is one of the most recognized voice actors in Brazil, having been in the business since the 1970s until his death 5 decades later.

In animation, he voiced Duke on G.I. Joe, the narrator on Superfriends, Two-Face in Batman: The Animated Series, the Joker in Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, the narrator in Silverhawks, Fat Tony on The Simpsons, Dwayne in Over the Hedge and many others.

In terms of live-action dubbing, he played Chuck Norris and Danny Trejo in several films, as well as Snow in The Warriors, Frank Black on Millennium, and Willie Tanner on ALF.
