Massimiliano Lotti

Massimiliano Lotti (born November 25, 1959) is an Italian voice actor. He voiced Jack Torrance in the TV version of Shining, Wolverine in the 90's X-Men cartoon, Grumpy Bear in both the classic and 2007 series of Care Bears, Jiraya in Naruto, Scar in Fullmetal Alchemist, Enrico Pucci in Jojo's Bizarre Adventures, Endeavor in My Hero Academia, and Sebas Tian in Overlord among others.
