A small magenta rodent was among many Transformers with beast modes who were "domesticated" by the Decepticon merchant Demus to be sold to immoral organic customers as "Roboid" torture dolls. Thanks to the Scavengers, the magenta Transformer was liberated and taken by Fortress Maximus to Luna 1 for treatment. Animals

- Test Tube is a Decepticon Mini-Cassette OC of the late Transformers Animated art director Derrick J. Wyatt, a lifelong fan of guinea pigs. Wyatt dubbed Test Tube as part of the Animated species of cavisetticon (based on the taxonomic family Caviidae and genus Cavia) and gave Test Tube an Animated-style character model (at right).
- In his IDW crowd cameo, Test Tube appears alongside Nook.
