The name or term "Makoto" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Makoto (disambiguation).
A picture is worth a thousand words, indeed...

Makoto Ono (小野 誠 Ono Makoto) is a Japanese-Brazilian artist and illustrator, whose Transformers output has included work for Dreamwave, 3H, and Fun Publications. He has worked as an illustrator on the Brazilian magazines Animation Invaders and Dicas e Truques para Playstation (Tips and Cheats for Playstation).

He refers to himself as "Makotron" and sometimes makes self-portraits carrying Megatron's fusion cannon or using the Decepticon insignia. He's got lots and lots of Transformers toys, and even though he looks like a yakuza hitman, he's a pretty decent guy.
