Luis Marín (January 16, 1932 - ) is a Castilian Spanish actor, voice actor, and production manager. His extensive resume dates back to 1960's The Delinquents and some of his voice roles include Lord Zedd on Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers and Groundskeeper Willie on The Simpsons.
