| The name or term "Ironhide" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Ironhide (disambiguation). |
- Ironhide is an Autobot from the Wings Universe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Ironhide is a clone of the original Ironhide created by Jhiaxus as part of a "second generation" of Cybertronians. Like the original, he's a little bit southern and says "Leakin' lubricants!"
Fiction
[edit]Wings Universe
[edit]
In 2012, Jhiaxus, seeking to create a new unified faction of Transformers, "borrowed" personality components, forestonite, Hi-Q, and blueprints from Quantum Laboratories. One of his creations was a clone of Ironhide. A Flash Forward, Part 3 When Pyro and his team arrived on Qre, Ironhide and five other clones were presented to them as examples of the future of the Cybertronian race. Ironhide accompanied Soundwave to the storage area when the latter sensed movement, and was startled by the apparent emergence of Sideswipe from one of the tubes (in reality the original in disguise). A Flash Forward, Part 5 Following the destruction of Jhiaxus' base, Ironhide, Bumblebee, and Mirage confronted the escaping Autobots, but Pyro talked them into returning to Earth with him. A Flash Forward, Part 6

In 2984, Ironhide was hanging out at the Galadria Space Bridge Outpost in the Delta Prysmos Sector when a pirate ship appeared overhead and dropped a bomb on him and several other passersby. Hoist the Flag
Toys
[edit]Generation 2
[edit]
- Ironhide (Go-Bot, 1995)
- Accessories: Gun
- Part of the third wave of Generation 2 Go-Bots (which focused on Generation 1 characters), Ironhide is a redeco of wave 1's Motormouth, transforming into a silver Ford F150 Flareside pickup truck. Using through-axle construction for his wheels, he is compatible with most "Hot Wheels" and "Matchbox" play sets and tracks.
- This mold was later redecoed into the 2001 Robots in Disguise Spychanger Ironhide, the Universe version of Robots in Disguise Ironhide, and the second Universe incarnation of Generation 1 Hoist.

- Ironhide (Power Master, 1995)
- Accessories: 2 guns
- Power Master Ironhide transforms into a khaki camouflaged-and-armored Humvee. His main gimmick is his "Power Master" pull-back motor, which you use by pulling back on his motorized rear wheels, then placing one of his guns into one of the holes above the doors, which releases a catch and allows him to zip along a smooth surface.
- The Power Masters were the last toys in the Generation 2 line, and were only released in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Oddly, the Australia and New Zealand releases were in U.S. packaging, complete with Hasbro's Rhode Island address. They also conspicuously lack any mention of Takara in their stamped-on copyright information.
