Kirk Baily (February 2, 1963February 28, 2022) was an American actor and voice actor. He was best known for his role as Kevin "Ug" Lee in the Nickelodeon sitcom Salute Your Shorts. As a voice actor Baily was perhaps best known as Million Knives on Trigun, other notable roles include Shin on Cowboy Bebop, Garma Zabi in Mobile Suit Gundam trilogy, Tetsuya Kajiwara in Fushigi Yugi, the Male 411 Operator in Buried and roles in Xenosaga Episode I: Der Wille zur Macht and ParaNorman.

Baily passed away at the age of 59 due to complications of lung cancer.
