Optimus Prime is having nightmares.
Synopsis
[edit]Marissa Faireborn's partner, Optimus Prime has been having nightmares every night lately. He feels like there's another presence within him, and it threatens to consume him if not resisted. In conjunction, the Autorooper cells that Optimus received when he underwent the Parasitech fusion have been acting wildly. The Autobot believes his great enemy, Megatron, is behind this; is there a relationship between Megatron and the Autoroopers?
Marissa recognizes that those very cells are what's keeping Optimus Prime alive—he's a corpse without them—and she doesn't want to be separated from him once again. She thinks back to younger times, where Optimus protected her during her father's absences. Her dream to become strong like him so that she can protect everybody. Marissa's time with Optimus has taught and gave her important things, so she promises to stay by his side and protect him this time.
