Synopsis

[edit]

The Trainbots are being repaired in various locations after their combined form, Raiden, was destroyed trying to fight off the Nine Great Demon Generals. Feeling responsible, their leader, Shouki, leaves the team and vows to fight alone so that he can never again endanger his allies. At the Metrobase on Earth, Shouki has his body modified by Pīpō, granting him the latest model of train mode and removing his ability to combine in the process. At that moment, Daniel returns from a spy mission to steal data from the Decepticons while disguised within a new exosuit, but he's been discovered and is being pursued by Dark Jet, Flare Jet and Shadow Jet. The Decepticons flee after Shouki punches out Dark Jet, who swears revenge, and Daniel reveals that he's acquired data describing a Decepticon ship. His plan is to use the data to disguise Shouki as the vessel while he acts as the captain, making him and the former Trainbot partners from now on. Shouki refuses, claiming he likes being alone, but Daniel tells him he's a poor liar.
