Located across the Sea of Rust, the White Tower is Cybertron's most secure prison complex. Inmates are held in stasis under the stern watch of its warden Roadmaster.

Pyra Magna was imprisoned in the White Tower for the destruction of Turmoil's ship during the War of the Threefold Spark. After the rise of the Decepticons, her release was authorized by Optimus Prime, who sent Chromia to retrieve Pyra. Roadmaster was uneasy about letting the Tower's most infamous prisoner out, and even moreso when Pyra requested that the place's comm blockers be momentarily shut off. Pyra broadcast a message to Jumpstream, who teleported to the Great General's side atop the Tower. Awakenings

Later, while testing an experimental teleportation rig, Jumpstream briefly materialized in mid-air above the White Tower before teleporting away again. Test Flight I
