The name or term "Torque" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Torque (disambiguation).
Torque is an Autobot-allied Mini-Con from the Super Link portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.
They enforce the will of the Daahk Waahn.

One of the many Mini-Cons involved in the search for Energon and the Autobots' fight against the Decepticons, Torque (トルク Toruku) is part of the Off-Road Mini-Con Team with Spoil and Crunch.[1]

  • Torque (Micron Booster, 2004)
  • Booster ID number: 10
Super Link Torque is a redeco of the Armada Adventure Mini-Con Team member Ransack, transforming into an off-road pickup truck of undetermined model. They have a working winch mechanism connected to a spool and gear system in their torso; the cable, once pulled out, can be retracted by rolling Torque in vehicle mode, or by attaching them to the gear system on the Armada Cyclonus mold.
Available only as part of the second Micron Booster assortment in Japan, Torque came in a blind-packed box that prevented the buyer from knowing the contents of the box until it was opened. This assortment was sold primarily though convenience stores.
This mold is also used by Armada Cliffjumper and Cybertron Payload.

Notes

[edit]
  • Like most of the Micron Boosters, Torque's name is a word related to the Japanese name of the original toy; in this case, Ransack's Japanese name "Winch".
  • In February 2026, Greg Sepelak revealed that Roughshod was proposed as a localized name for a Transformers Collectors' Club website bio which never came to fruition.[2]
