- Venom is a Decepticon from the Animated continuity family.
Venom studies psychological warfare, though apparently he's not terribly skillful at it. Rather, he shies away from his fellow Decepticons, who he's disgusted by, and when he confronts Autobots on the battlefield, he chooses to bury himself away behind torrents of cluster bombs. The only other Decepticon he tolerates is Oil Slick, and that's probably only because he can grab the latest biochemical poisons from him.

[edit]Blitzwing noted that Venom was a hazard on the battlefield, for friend and foe alike. He described the crazed Decepticon as an "unbalanced loose cannon" which, coming from Blitzwing, really means something. Venom's profile

Notes
[edit]- Venom has the same body type as Blackout, but the color is an homage to his Generation 1 counterpart.
- Venom exists because a Bio & Tech Spec card appears for him on one of the BotCon 2011 Animated lithographs.
- Venom wears the symbol of the Decepticon Heavy Brigade, same as Blackout, Grinder, and Bugly. 'Course, Blackout's supposed to be the only survivor from the Brigade. Is Venom dead?
