Jin Horikawa (堀川仁 Horikawa Jin; born December 16, 1962) is a Japanese voice actor. Some of his better known anime and video game roles include Igor Planter in Black Cat, Sir Peter Winfield in Hellsing, Tetsuya Onodera in the Super Robot Wars series and Richter Belmont in Castlevania: Rondo of Blood.

Horikawa portrayed these characters only for the Japanese dub of The Rebirth which was released in Japan under the American The Transformers branding to distinguish it from the continuity of the Japanese Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers.
