An electromagnetic suppressor spear is a device used to cloak individuals within its broadcast radius. Planted in the ground, it blocks audio transmissions, both incoming and outgoing, and can even generate a shimmer field to baffle visual detection. Those close to it and unused to its effects feel a sense of slight disorientation, but it's a small price to pay for the stealth benefits. As a last resort, the spear can be set to explode; the blast is powerful enough to eliminate anyone nearby and wipe away any illicit evidence in the vicinity.
